If your gift voucher isn’t working, here are some possible reasons and solutions:

1. Check Your Spelling: Make sure you’ve entered the voucher code correctly. Double-check for any typos or errors.
2. Try an Incognito Window: Open a new incognito or private browsing window and try entering the gift voucher code again.
3. Check for Existing Tabs: If you have another tab open where the gift card code was already entered, this could cause an error. Close any duplicate tabs and try again.
4. Combining Vouchers: Our vouchers generally cannot be combined. If you’re trying to use multiple vouchers simultaneously, this will not work.
