What happens to my minutes when pausing my membership?

When you pause your new:soul membership, your accumulated minutes remain available for use throughout the pause period. However, please note:

• Minutes During Pause: You can still book treatments with your available minutes, even while your membership is on pause.
• No Negative Balance: During the pause period, you won’t be able to use minutes beyond what you currently have (i.e., you can’t go into a negative balance).
