What are the billing and renewal terms for memberships?

• Billing Frequency: Membership fees are billed every 30 days, starting from the date of membership activation. The payment method provided during signup will be automatically charged.
• Renewal Terms: Memberships have a minimum contract duration of either 3 or 12 months. After completing the minimum period, memberships automatically renew on a month-to-month basis. You can cancel with one month’s notice once the initial contract period is complete. 
• Updating Payment Details: If your payment information changes, please update it in your profile to avoid any interruptions. If this is not possible, we can also share a payment update link with you.
• Late Payments: In case of payment delays, late fees may apply. If payments are overdue by more than two monthly cycles, new:soul reserves the right to terminate the membership and seek additional damages according to legal provisions.
