My therapist got sick - what happens now?

1. We’ll Do Our Best to Keep Your Appointment

Our team will try to ensure your appointment still goes ahead by assigning another qualified therapist. You’ll be notified by email with any necessary updates regarding your session.

2. Flexibility to Reschedule or Cancel

If we cannot find a replacement therapist, we’re truly sorry for the disruption. In this case, we’ll provide options to either reschedule your massage at a convenient time or cancel it entirely.

3. A Small Gesture from Us

To show our appreciation for your understanding, you’ll also receive a small gift from us as a thank-you for your flexibility.
