Why isn’t my tipping link working?

Online tipping may not work in some cases due to tax regulations. For freelancers who are not full-time employees with us, we are not permitted to process tips online to avoid potential tax issues. However, you are always welcome to tip freelancers in cash after your session.

You can tell if your therapist is a freelancer or full-time employee by whether the option to tip is available during the booking process. If the tipping option is not shown, your therapist is likely a freelancer.
