I got sick last minute - can I reschedule my appointment?

Generally, this is a special case. We will try to free up your slot as soon as possible for the waitlist. In appropriate cases, we can reschedule your massage if you provide a doctor’s note as proof of illness. However, please note that if we are unable to fill your slot, the full price of the massage will be charged. This policy is necessary because our therapists are still paid for their time, and the costs of missed appointments remain with us.
