How long does it take for the refund to arrive in my account?

If you are a non-member and have requested a cancellation through our customer service without rescheduling your appointment:
- We will process the cancellation and issue a credit note through our booking provider.
- Please note that it may take a few days for the refund to arrive in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
