Why do I have negative minutes in my account?

You can book massages in advance with us that extend your maximum available minutes. This why you get credited your minutes for the next month already without having paid for it. Hence, you can have as many negative minutes as your package with us. 

E.g., You have 60 minutes/ month and you can have -60 minutes without any additional costs.
