First time at new:soul - do I need to prepare anything?

First time at our studio preparation

Generally, you do not need to prepare anything before our massage treatments. We have some tips before a massage however: 

    1. Arrive Early: We recommend arriving at least 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to give yourself time to check in, relax, and fill out any necessary forms.
    2. Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water before your treatment to keep your muscles hydrated and your body in optimal condition.
    3. Dress Comfortably: Wear loose, comfortable clothing that’s easy to change in and out of. You will be provided with towels or appropriate coverings during your treatment.
    4. Communicate Your Needs: Let your therapist know about any areas of tension, injuries, or specific preferences for pressure and techniques. This helps us customize your experience to meet your needs.
    5. Avoid Heavy Meals: Try to eat a light snack instead of a heavy meal before your treatment, as it can be uncomfortable to lie down for a massage on a full stomach.
