Policies in accordance to our AGBs
Cancellation by Members:
- Members can cancel or reschedule bookings up to 8 hours before the appointment without any charge.
- If a booking is canceled less than 8 hours before the appointment, the full amount will be charged, and the used minutes will be considered spent.
- Non-members must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the full amount being charged.
- If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your booking will be forfeited, and the full amount will be charged. Your massage time will also start from the scheduled time, even if you arrive late.
Gift Voucher Refunds:
- Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
Cancellation by New Soul:
- If we need to cancel or reschedule your booking, we will notify you and provide options. You’ll receive a full refund if we can’t reschedule, or your used minutes will be re-credited if you’re a member.
