Membership policies in accordance with our AGBs
new:soul’s membership policies are designed to provide flexibility and support for your wellness journey. Here are the key points:
1. Scope and Changes to Terms
new:soul may update its terms, including membership conditions, due to legal or operational changes. Members will be informed of any updates at least 30 days in advance and may object to changes within the stated timeframe.
2. Membership Contract and Duration
Membership contracts are available in 3-month or 12-month durations. Once the minimum contract period is complete, memberships continue automatically and can be canceled with one month’s notice.
3. Membership Pausing
Members may pause their membership in the following frame:
- Within 3 month period: 1 month pause possible
- Within 12 month period: 3 months pause possible, but only 2 consecutive months in a row
Outside the minimum period you can pause your membership for up to 90 days per year. Pauses must be requested at least 15 days in advance and are available only after the initial membership fee payment has been processed.
4. Cancellation and Roll-Over Policy
Members can cancel their appointment up to 8 hours in advance. Cancellations of memberships lead to forfeiture of any accumulated roll-over minutes 30 days after the cancellation takes effect.
Membership minutes can only be redeemed in specific increments (60, 90, or 120 minutes). Any remaining minutes can be transferred to the next month or used for an upgrade within the current month for a small surcharge.
5. Early Termination for Relocation
Members relocating to an area without a new:soul studio within 20 km may terminate their membership early by providing proof of relocation, with a one-month notice period to the end of a calendar month.
6. Extraordinary Cancellation Rights
Both new:soul and members reserve the right to terminate the membership without notice for substantial reasons, such as intentional misconduct.
7. Identification Requirement
For security, new:soul may request an ID verification before providing services.
