# How old do I need to be to receive a massage treatment at new:soul?

## Minimum age requirement new:soul

At new:soul, you must be at least 18 years old to receive a massage treatment or to book any service independently. However, there are some exceptions for younger individuals: If you are **at least 15 years old**, you may receive a massage treatment, but only with documented consent from a parent or legal guardian. This written consent must be presented before your appointment.

Please note that these age requirements are in place to ensure the safety and comfort of our clients and to comply with our studio policies.
