# How long does it take for the refund to arrive in my account?

## Appointment refund cancelled appointment

If you are a non-member and have requested a cancellation through our customer service without rescheduling your appointment:

1. We will process the cancellation and issue a **credit note** through our booking provider.
2. Please note that it may take a **few days** for the refund to arrive in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you have any concerns or if the refund hasn’t appeared after several days, feel free to contact us for assistance.
