Referral program
Non Members:
- Complete the Feedback Survey: After your massage, you’ll receive a feedback survey. Once you’ve completed it, we’ll share your personal “Refer a Friend” link with you.
- Share Your Unique Link: Use your unique referral link to invite friends. When your friends book a massage using your link, it will count toward your referrals.
- Earn a Free Massage: Once you’ve successfully referred three separate massages, you’ll receive a free massage as a thank-you. You can find and share your personal referral link in your profile.
Members:
You can easily find your refer a friend link in your membership profile. The same rules apply.
Special Case for Double Bookings: If you refer someone who a massage for two (a double booking), this won’t automatically count as two separate referrals in our system. For these cases, please email contact@newsoul.de with your confirmation details as proof, and we’ll manually credit your account and send you a voucher.
Please not you also cannot refer yourself with a gift voucher, our system will recognize this.
