# How do I book a session at new:soul?

## Book your massage or treatment session at new:soul in just a few steps.

Booking a session at new:soul is easy and can be done online via [newsoul.de](http://newsoul.de). Simply choose your preferred studio, then select the type of treatment you'd like — options include the new:soul Signature Massage, Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage, Deep Tissue Massage, and other available treatments. Once you've chosen a treatment, pick a date and time that suits you.

Next, personalize your session to match your preferences: select your preferred massage intensity, a music theme, your choice of oils, and whether you'd like a heated or non-heated bench. You can also activate "Do Not Disturb" mode if you'd prefer no conversation during your treatment. After entering your payment details, your booking is confirmed, and you'll receive a confirmation by email shortly after. 

Ways to access the booking form:

**1) Select your studio and use the "Book now" tab, or**

**2) Use the "Book now" button in the upper right corner**
