How can I cancel my membership?

Termination of new:soul membership

1. Contact Customer Support:

To initiate a cancellation, please reach out to our customer support team at contact@newsoul.de. They will guide you through the cancellation process.

 

2. Cancellation Policy:

  • Contract Duration: Memberships have a minimum contract period of either 3 or 12 months. After this initial period, memberships automatically renew on a month-to-month basis and can be canceled with one month’s notice.
  • Unused Minutes: Any accumulated roll-over minutes will expire 30 days after the cancellation takes effect, so please plan accordingly.
  • Negative Balance: Please ensure that your membership minutes are not negative - we cannot close you account until these balances have been settled.
  • Early Termination for Relocation: If you are relocating to an area without a new:soul studio within 20 km, you may request early cancellation with proof of relocation. This is available with one month’s notice to the end of a calendar month.
  • Extraordinary Cancellation: new:soul and members may terminate the membership without notice in cases of significant reasons, such as misconduct.
