# How can I cancel my appointment? (Member)

## Cancellation process new:soul members

**You can easily cancel your booking through your membership profile area:**

#### Step by Step Guide:

1. **Go to “My Bookings”** in your membership profile

2. **Select the appointment** you want to cancel and click on details

3. **Click on “Edit Booking”** for that appointment.

5. Your booking will be successfully canceled, and any applicable cancellation policies will apply.
