      How can I cancel my appointment? (Member)

      Cancellation process new:soul members

      You can easily cancel your booking through your membership profile area:


        Step by Step Guide: 

        1. Go to “My Bookings” in your membership profile
        2. Select the appointment you want to cancel and click on details
        3. Click on “Edit Booking” for that appointment.
        4. Select “Cancel” and confirm your cancellation.
        5. Your booking will be successfully canceled, and any applicable cancellation policies will apply.
