First time at our studio preparation
Generally, you do not need to prepare anything before our massage treatments. We have some tips before a massage however:

- Arrive Early: We recommend arriving at least 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to give yourself time to check in, relax, and fill out any necessary forms.
- Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water before your treatment to keep your muscles hydrated and your body in optimal condition.
- Dress Comfortably: Wear loose, comfortable clothing that’s easy to change in and out of. You will be provided with towels or appropriate coverings during your treatment.
- Communicate Your Needs: Let your therapist know about any areas of tension, injuries, or specific preferences for pressure and techniques. This helps us customize your experience to meet your needs.
- Avoid Heavy Meals: Try to eat a light snack instead of a heavy meal before your treatment, as it can be uncomfortable to lie down for a massage on a full stomach.
