# Do you offer a special massage for pregnant women?

## Pre-natal massages at new:soul

Yes, new:soul offers a **Prenatal Massage** specifically designed for moms-to-be. This gentle and nurturing treatment helps alleviate the physical discomforts associated with pregnancy, such as tension in the lower back, hips, and legs. It promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and provides relief during this special time. Our therapists are trained to ensure that you and your baby are comfortable and safe throughout the massage.

Please note this is neither recommended nor possible in the first three months of the pregnancy.
