Can I gift someone a massage, membership, or bundle at new:soul?

Yes, absolutely. At new:soul, you can purchase gift cards for massages, memberships, or bundles, making it easy to give the gift of relaxation and wellness to someone else. By default, every gift card is issued as a digital PDF version, which you can send straight to your recipient. If you'd prefer a physical card instead, you can add one during checkout for a fee of €2.90 — this fee applies the same way across all gift card types. Please note that physical cards are only available for pickup in one of our studios; unfortunately, we're not able to ship them by post.

New:soul gift cards can be used at all of our studio locations, so your recipient is free to choose whichever studio suits them best, whether in Berlin, Munich, or one of our other locations.

Please keep in mind that all new:soul gift cards, whether digital or physical, are valid for one year from the day they are issued. Gift cards are not refundable and cannot be redeemed for their cash value, so we recommend using them within the validity period to make the most of the experience.
