# Can I get a refund for my add-ons and tips as a member?

## Partial Refunds at new:soul

Yes, if you cancel a booking and have paid for any add-ons or tips, we will refund your **minutes** and any additional payments you’ve made for add-ons and tips. Feel free to reach out to our customer service team if you need assistance with this process.
