Switching the treatment at new:soul
Yes, you can request a change to your booked massage type. However, please keep in mind that not every therapist is trained in all massage types. Additionally, to protect our therapists, we may have limitations on switching to certain strenuous treatments, as therapists can only perform these a limited number of times per day. This helps ensure that other clients still have the opportunity to book these specialized massages.

If you wish to make changes on the day of your appointment, feel free to discuss it with our studio team. We will make every effort to meet your request, but availability may vary, and we cannot guarantee that the desired massage type will be possible without prior notice.
Upgrading from a signature massage:
If the requested massage type or duration includes a surcharge, you will receive a payment link to cover the additional cost, as shown in the table below:
Switching back to a signature massage:
It is also possible to switch back to a signature massage from a special treatment type - please do contact us early enough to make those switches in the our schedule. Certain therapists can only perform certain treatment types a limited amount of times per day - thus we would like to avoid other customers not being able to book these special massages.
