Cancellation of massages
If you’re unable to attend your booking, we recommend rescheduling using the link provided in your confirmation email. Should you still wish to cancel, please contact our customer support team. Non-members must cancel at least 24 hours in advance by writing an e-mail to contact@newsoul.de.
The 24 hours are measured from the time the cancellation email is received.
Members can cancel their appointments up to 8 hours before the scheduled time in their membership profile.
